Allah'a Daughters:-

It is an undeniable fact of history that before Muhammed was born, in the Pagan Arabian religion, Allah was the name of the principal deity in Mecca who had three daughters (S53:19/20): Uzzah; Lat; Manat. According to their traditions they acted as Allah's INTERCESSORS.
The Goddesses Al-Uzza, Al-Lat and Manat formed a triad in pre-Islamic Arabia.

The three were worshipped as uncut aniconic stones. They were widely worshipped: from Nabatean Petra in the North to the legendary Kingdoms of Arabia Felix in the South, including Saba, the Biblical Sheba; as far east as Iran and Palmyra; and the three of them were very popular Goddesses in Mecca at the time of Muhammad.

Sometimes the three of them are referred to as the daughters of Allah; sometimes Manat and Al-Lat are considered daughters of Al-Uzza.

Al-Uzza, "the Strong One", "The Most Mighty", "The Mighty One" was as mentioned earlier, a pre-Islamic Arabian goddess, the virgin warrior and youngest in the triad of goddesses was one of the most venerated Arab Deities, and the Goddess of the morning and evening star, the planet Venus and was a blood-thirsty goddess which requires sacrifices; both animal and human.

Her idol was situated in a valley in Nakhlat al-Sha'miyah. She had a temple at Petra (though which one that was has not been determined), and may well have been the patron Goddess of that city. Isaac of Antioch (a writer of the 5th century CE) calls her Beltis ("Lady", a title shared by many other Semitic Goddesses), and Kaukabta, "the Star". He also says that women would invoke Al-Uzza from the rooftops, a form of worship appropriate to a Star Goddess.

St. Epiphanius of the 4th century CE calls her the mother of Dusares, the local mountain god, calling her by the title Chaamu or Chalmous, meaning "young girl or virgin". She has connections with the acacia tree, and her sanctuary at Nakhlah had three acacias in which she was believed to descend.

She has much in common with Ishtar and Astarte as Morning and Evening Star goddesses they all have aspects of both Love and War goddess, and big cats were sacred to them. She is shown here armed as a bellatrix, standing before an acacia tree, with a caracal, or desert lynx. She was associated by the Greeks with their Aphrodite Urania, "Heavenly Aphrodite".

Originally Sabean (the culture of the Kingdom of Saba or Sheba in the south of Arabia, present-day Yemen), worship of Al-Uzza spread all over Arabia. She had a sanctuary in a valley on the road from Mecca, comprising three acacia trees in which she was said to descend. Some scholars believe she may even have been the patron deity of Mecca itself.

The Quraish of Mecca paid much reverence to Allat and al-`Uzza, most of all to the latter. The Quraish were the tribe to which Muhammad belonged

Al-Lat, whose name is a contraction of al-Illahat, "the Goddess", is mentioned by Herodotus as Alilat, whom he identifies with Aphrodite. She is sometimes also equated with Athene, and is called "the Mother of the Gods", or "Greatest of All". She is a goddess of Springtime and Fertility, the Earth-Goddess who brings prosperity. She and Al-Uzza were sometimes confused, and it seems that as one gained in popularity in one area the other's popularity diminished.

The sun in Arabia was called Shams and considered feminine, and may represent an aspect of Al-Lat. She had a sanctuary in the town of Ta'if, east of Mecca, and was known from Arabia to Iran. Her symbol is the crescent moon (sometimes shown with the sun disk resting in its crescent), and the gold necklace she wears is from a pendant identified to her. As a Fertility-Goddess she bears a sheaf of wheat; and in her hand she holds a small lump of frankincense, as her emblem is found carved on many incense-holders.

Al-Manat or Manawayat derives her name from Arabic maniya, "fate, destruction, doom, death", or menata, "part, portion, that which is alloted", "Time", the Death or Fate goddess. She is a very ancient Deity and her cult may precede both Al-Uzza's and Al-Lat's. Her cult was widespread, though she was particularly worshipped as a black stone at Quidaid, near Mecca.

She is connected with the great pilgrimage, as her sanctuary was the starting point for several tribes. She is known from Nabatean inscriptions, and tombs were placed under her protection, asking her to curse violators. She is accordingly a Goddess of Death, and Maniya (Death personified) is mentioned in poetry as actively bringing a person to his or her grave, holding out the cup of death.

She is shown as an old woman with a cup, and the symbols at the bottom of her gown spell her name in Sabaic (which does not use vowels and is written right to left), M-n-t. The waning moon is shown over her head as the symbol of the Crone-Goddess of Death. The Aus and Khazraj tribes of Madina were the most prominent worshipers of Manat.

It is an uncontestable fact that Muhammad was born of pagan parents. His father, Abdullah and his mother, Amina were both pagans and they used to worship many idols. His entire childhood (probably up to his teen) was spent in paganism. To day, many Muhammadans will find it extremely hard to digest this fact. However, Muhammad's pagan origin is disclosed by Hisham ibn al-Kalbi, writes:

'We have been told that the Apostle of Allah once mentioned al-Uzza saying, "I have offered a white sheep to al-'Uzza, while I was a follower of the religion of my people."
(Hisham al-Kalbi, Kitab al-Asnam (Book of Idols) , p.17)
In the statement above Muhammad clearly admits his past adherence to paganism-the then religion of the Quraysh.
As Muhammad grew weary from evangelizing his new religion with little success and to bring an end to his quarrel with his people the Quraysh, Muhammad, in a moment of weakness, made the ultimate concession in the Quran, that of ISHRAK/POLYTHEISM, to the effect that his followers, the 'Muslims' were allowed to venerate the daughters of Allah as Allah's intercessors, hence instantly compromising his originally strict monotheism.

The pagan female trinity was immediately accepted without dissent and the passage was considered part of the revealed Quran.

Muhammad later retractred/abrogated this enormous error and denied his culpability in the matter by conveniently accusing Satan of having put the offending words in his mouth.

Muhammad got the usual 'Made to Order' 'revelation' from Allah, sanctifying the removal of the offending verse. After repenting his error, Muhammad was comforted by Allah.

       Hisham ibn al-Kalbi writes:
The Quraysh were wont to circumambulate the Ka'bah and say:
            By Allat and al-'Uzza,
And Manah, the third idol besides.
Verily they are the most exalted females
Whose intercession is to be sought.
These were also called "the Daughters of Allah," and were supposed to intercede before Allah. When the Apostle of Allah was sent, Allah revealed unto him [concerning them] the following:
53.19  Have ye seen Lat. and 'Uzza,
20 And another, the third (goddess), Manat?
21  What! for you the male sex, and for Him, the female?
22  Behold, such would be indeed a division most unfair!
23  These are nothing but names which ye have devised,- ye and your fathers,- for which Allah has sent down no authority (whatever). They follow nothing but conjecture and what their own souls desire!- Even though there has already come to them Guidance from their Lord!
(Hisham ibn al-Kalbi, 'Kitab al-Asnam,' p.17)

The historical information confirming the "Satanic Verses" is so vast and sure, only the desperate and unbendingly  blind 'Muslim' believer would refuse to accept the evidence.

Undeniably factual information regarding the Satanic Verses comes from respected Muhammadan scholars like at-Tabari and Ibn Sad who wrote biographical and historical accounts of the life of Muhammad.

The following is an indubitably authentic story since it is almost impossible to imagine a Muhammadan Muslim inventing such a tale as that of the notorious "Satanic verses" to belittle and insult Muhammad.
       (Tabari, Annals 1.1192-1193 = Tabari vi: 108-109)

"When the Messenger of Allah saw how his tribe turned their backs on him and was grieved to see them shunning the message he had brought to them from Allah, he longed in his soul that something would come to him from Allah that would reconcile him with his tribe.

With his love for his tribe and his eagerness for their welfare, it would have delighted him if some of the difficulties which they made for him could have been smoothed, and he debated with himself and fervently desired such an outcome. Then Allah revealed (Sura 53) ... and when he came to the words "Have you thought al-Lat and al-Uzza and Manat, the third, the other?" (VV. 19-20) Satan cast on his tongue - because of his inner debates and what he desired to bring to his people - the words: "These are the high-flying cranes; verily their intercession is to be hoped for."

When the Quraysh heard this, they rejoiced and were happy and delighted at the way in which he had spoken of their gods, and they listened to him, while the Muslims, having complete trust in their Prophet with respect of the message which he brought from Allah, did not suspect him of error, illusion or mistake.

When he came to the prostration, having completed the Sura, he prostrated himself and the Muslims did likewise.... The polytheists of the Quraysh and others who were in the mosque [that is, the Meccan Haram] likewise prostrated themselves because of the reference to their gods which they heard, so that there was no one in the mosque, believer or unbeliever, who did not prostrate himself ... Then they all dispersed from the mosque. The Quraysh left delighted at the mention of their gods."

Many prominent Muhammadan scholars actually reject and deny the whole "Satanic Verses" story as untrue in spite of the overwhelming evidence shown here. Their mind set of DENIAL should be easily understood since they, as 'TRUE MUSLIMS' cannot possibly conceive of ANY ERROR in the Quran, no matter what any evidence, logic and facts are produced to them.

Despite the 'Islamization' of  pagan Arabian religion, the 'Muslim' version of Allah did not escape his  two daughters al Lat and al Uzza since they appear on top of almost every mosque and on the flags of  several 'Muslim' countries. These are the Crescent (al Lat) and the Star/ Planet
(al Uzza).

Muhammad, in the final analysis, had no choice but to keep almost 99% of pagan Arabian traditions and fetishes and only succeeded in destroying all the other rock gods and goddesses associated with Allah.

The same followers of Muhammad who rage against the pagans and Christians as idolators, are actually idolators 'par excellence' themselves, since they still venerate the same Arabian pagan symbols of their ancestors whom Muhammad and his Quran so assiduously insulted and consigned to Hell and Perdition.

20: 109        On that Day shall no intercession avail except for those for whom permission has been granted by (Allah) Most Gracious and whose word is acceptable to Him.

In Arabian paganism, the idea of subordinate divine beings acting as mediators and intercessors with Allah is a recorded fact. That Muhammad actually once thought of the three goddesses as interceding angels is shown by his later addition to the aforementioned
Sura 53.26-29:

53: 26        How many so ever be the angels in the heavens their intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He pleases and that he is acceptable to Him. Verily it is they who believe not in the life to come, who name the angels with names of females: But herein they have no knowledge: they follow a mere conceit; and mere conceit can never take the place of acceptance of truth.'

Here Muhammad implies, that the goddesses are in reality angels, to whom the pagans in their ignorance have given feminine names (comp. 37, 149-50: 43.18). He also recognizes, albeit with strict reservations, the right of the angels to make intercession.

Exactly what are the Satanic verses?

Here is how the Quran once read with the Satanic Verses:

53.19         Have ye seen Lat. and 'Uzza,
53.20         And another, the third (goddess), Manat?

53.21        These are the exalted cranes (intermediaries) ---[Words deleted from the Quran]

53.22        Whose intercession is to be hoped for.                ---[Words deleted from the Quran]

Here is how it reads today in the Quran(al-Najm):
53.19        Have ye seen Lat. and 'Uzza,
53.20        And another, the third (goddess), Manat?

53.21        What! for you the male sex, and for Him, the female?---[Words replaced in the Quran]

53.22        Behold, such would be indeed a division most unfair! ---[Words replaced in the Quran]

Like King David of the Bible admonishing himself of his own adultery in Psalms 51, here are two passages in the Quran that comment on Muhammad's ""Satanic Verses"" scandal:

Quran 17:73-75 "And their purpose was to tempt thee away from that which We had revealed unto thee, to substitute in our name something quite different; (in that case), behold! they would certainly have made thee (their) friend! And had We not given thee strength, thou wouldst nearly have inclined to them a little. In that case We should have made thee taste an equal portion (of punishment) in this life, and an equal portion in death: and moreover thou wouldst have found none to help thee against Us!"

Quran 22:52-53 "Never sent We a messenger or a prophet before thee but when He recited (the message) Satan proposed (opposition) in respect of that which he recited thereof. But Allah abolisheth that which Satan proposeth. Then Allah establisheth His revelations. Allah is Knower, Wise; That He may make that which the devil proposeth a temptation for those in whose hearts is a disease, and those whose hearts are hardened - Lo! the evil-doers are in open schism"

Later Muhammadan scholars explained the case according to the principle of nasikh and mansukh, abrogating and abrogated verses, by means of which Allah revokes and alters the announcements of his will; this results in the cancellation of a verse and the substitution of another for it-

Quran 2:106 " Such of our revelation as we abrogate or cause to be forgotten, we bring (in place) one better or the like thereof"

*** The absolute belief in the INCORRUPTIBILITY of the Quran is totally unfounded and imaginary because the Muhammadan records themselves in the Hadiths, prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the Quran that we have today has little resemblance to what Muhammad had in mind in his days.

If Satan could be accused of having been able to deceive Muhammad in this particular instance, an inquiring mind should ask, why would Satan - the enemy of humanity - stop at deceiving Muhammad this one time ONLY?

       Why only once?

If so, how many other verses were inserted by Satan in the Quran that we do not know about? ***
