Al Rahman (The Compassionate) (55)- 78 M

1        Al Rahman [(Allah) Most Gracious]

*** One of the greatest con tricks ever perpetrated upon the followers of Muhammad and the WORLD is the fact, that Al Rahman was NOT and is NOT a charcteristic [compassion] of Allah but was and is the actual NAME - not an adjective - of the supreme god of the Yaman that Muhammad hijacked during his early Meccan period and used extensively in his initial verses to bring the pagan Quraysh to believe in 'Him'.

       For example-

17: 110 Say: "Call upon Allah or call upon Al Rahman: by whatever NAME ye call upon Him (it is well): for to Him belong the Most Beautiful NAMES [al asma^a] Neither speak thy Prayer aloud nor speak it in a low tone but seek a middle course between"

Both Allah and al Rahman are NAMES of gods; Allah was the name of the god of the Ka'ba in Mecca and al Rahman was the name of the god of the Yamanites.

       Further example-

25:59         "He Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between in six days and is firmly established on the Throne (of authority): Al Rahaman: [most Gracious] ask thou then about Him of any acquainted (with such things)

60        When it is said to them "Adore ye [(Allah) Most Gracious!] lil Rahmani they say "And what is [(Allah) Most Gracious] al Rahmanu? Shall we adore that which thou commandest us?" and it increases their flight (from the Truth).

The reader should be made aware that the items between
[square parenthesis], are actually the FALSE translations of the Arabic verses since the name of Allah is NOT actually mentioned but al Rahman is.

{Note: Read al Rahman in Definitions for more details}***

2        It is He Who has taught the Qur'an.

*** It is al RAHMAN who has brought down the Quran and NOT Allah.

All the verses which follow describe al Rahman's deeds, attributes and 'revelations' to Muhammad.

Not ONCE is the name ALLAH mentioned in this surah ***

3>        He has created man:

4>        He has taught him speech (and Intelligence)

5>        The sun and the moon follow courses (exactly) computed;

6>        And the herbs and the trees-both (alike) bow in adoration.

7>        And the Firmament has He raised high and He has set up the balance (of Justice)

8>        In order that ye may not transgress (due) balance.

9>        So establish weight with justice and fall not short in the balance.

10>        It is He Who has spread out the earth for (His) creatures:

11>        Therein is fruit and date-palms producing spathes (enclosing dates):

12>        Also corn with (its) leaves and stalk for fodder and sweet-smelling plants.

13>        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

14>        He created man from sounding clay like unto pottery.

15        And He created Jinns from fire free of smoke:

16        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

17        (He is) Lord of the two Easts and Lord of the two Wests:

#5184        The two Easts are the two extreme points where the sun rises during the year, and includes all the points between. Similarly the two Wests include the two extreme points of the sun's setting and all the points between. The Dual Number fits with the general atmosphere of Duality in this Sura. Allah is Lord of every region of the earth and sky, and He scatters His bounties everywhere. See also n. 4641 to xliii. 38, and n. 4034 to xxxvii. 5.#

*** As usual the indefatigable interpreter uses convoluted logic couched in supposedly scientific terms to explain the unexplainable.

All human civilizations understood that there are four cardinal points but never two Easts and two Wests ***

18        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

19        He has let free the two bodies [bahrain] of flowing water meeting together:

#5185        See xxv. 53, and n. 3111, where it is explained how the two bodies of water, salt and sweet, meet together, yet keep separate, as if there was a barrier or partition between them. This is also one of the favours of Allah. Sea-water is a sanitating agent, while fresh water is sweet and palatable to drink.#

*** Irrespective of the interpreter's silly and poor attempt at explaining this verse, its meaning is still very ilusive.

Most important of all, the interpreter has COMPLETELY MIS-TRANSLATED the verse  because the Arabic says-

" (He) mixed the two seas; meeting together" and there is NO MENTION of 'flowing water'.

Many of the verses in this Surah make very little sense - if any - and forces the interpreter to go to extreme lengths of CONVOLUTED 'LOGIC' to explain them***

20        Between them is a Barrier [Barzakhou] which they do not transgress:

*** The Arabic word used here is 'Barzakhou' which is being translated to 'Barrier' which is WRONG again since the Arabic of the earlier verse is CRYSTAL CLEAR in asserting that the two seas were 'MIXED' and
'WERE MEETING TOGETHER' and hence could not have had any BARRIER between them.

This word did not exist in the Arabic language prior to its sudden and unique appearance in this verse of the Quran.

It is a fact the Muslim LEXICONS, venture no suggestion as to its verbal root and are unable to quote any examples of the use of the word in old poetry, and obviously seek to interpret its meaning from the material of the Quran
itself ***

21        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

22        Out of them come Pearls and Coral:

#5186        Pearls are produced by the oyster and coral by the polyp, a minute marine creature, which, working in millions, has by its secretions produced the reefs, islands, and banks in and on both sides of the Red Sea and in other parts of the world. The pearl has a translucent lustre, usually white, but sometimes pink or black. Coral is usually opaque, red or pink, but often white, and is seen in beautiful branching or cup-like shapes as visitors to Port Sudan will recall. Both are used as gems and stand here for gems generally. Mineral gems, such as agate and cornelian, are found in river-beds. Pearl oysters are also found in some rivers.#

*** Corals are found in Sea waters and not in fresh waters ***

23        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

24        And His are the Ships sailing smoothly through the seas lofty as mountains:

25        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

26>        All that is on earth will perish;

27>        But will abide (forever) the Face of thy Lord full of Majesty Bounty and Honor.

28        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

29>        Of Him seeks (its needs) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendor doth He (shine)!

30        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

31>        Soon shall We settle your affairs O both ye worlds!

32        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

33        O ye assembly of Jinns and men! if it be ye can pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth pass ye! not without authority shall ye be able to pass!

34        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

35>        On you will be sent (O ye evil ones twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): No defence will ye have:

36        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

37        When the sky is rent asunder and it becomes red like ointment:

38        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

39        On that day no question will be asked of man or Jinn as to his sin.

40        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

41        (For) the sinners will be known by their Marks: and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet.

42        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

43>        This is the Hell which the Sinners deny.

44>        In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round!

45        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

46>        But for such as fear the time when they will stand before (the Judgment Seat of) their Lord there will be two Gardens [Jannatan]

#5205        Here two Gardens are mentioned, and indeed four, counting the other two mentioned in lv. 62-76. Opinions are divided about this, but the best opinion is that the two mentioned in verses 46-61 are for the degree of those Nearest to Allah (Muqarrabun), and those in verses 62-76 for the Companions of the Right Hand: Why two for each? The Duality is to express variety, and the whole scheme of the Sura runs in twos. There will be no dulness of uniformity: as our minds can conceive it now, there will be freshness in change, but it will be from Bliss to Bliss, and there will be Unity#

*** The interpretation of this verse is an excellent example of TORTURED  and CONVOLUTED 'LOGIC' to explain its meaning.

Since the Garden mentioned in the Quran is the Garden of Eden, why should there be TWO or FOUR gardens now?

What follows is a sequence of dualities that their meaning is beyond comprehension because of their absurdities ***

47        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

48>        Containing all kinds (of trees and delights)

49        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

50        In them (each) will be two Springs flowing (free) [aynan tajri-yan];

51        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

52        In them will be Fruits of every kind two and two [zawjan].

53        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

54        They will recline on Carpets whose inner linings will be of rich brocade: the Fruit of the two Gardens [Jannat-ayn] will be Near (and easy of reach).

55        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

56        In them will be (Maidens) Chaste restraining their glances whom no man or Jinn before them has touched [yatt-mithahunna]

#5210 Cf. xxxvii. 48 and n. 4064. Their purity is the feature hereby chiefly emphasized#

*** Only the Quran promises PHYSICAL and not SPIRITUAL female companions - for SEX - to those followers of Muhammad who are pre destined to the Gardens because they died in JIHAD (slaughtering, plundering, raping and enslaving UNBELIEVERS).

Neither the Torah nor the New Testament ever associated such EROTICISM  in their theology of the afterlife ***

57        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

58        Like unto rubies and coral.
59        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

60        Is there any Reward for Good other than Good?

61        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

62        And besides these two there are two other Gardens [Jannatan]
*** The Quran is profligate with the number of gardens that it provides for its faithful***

63        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

64        Dark green in color (from plentiful watering).

65        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

66        In them (each) will be two springs [a'ynan] pouring forth water in continuous abundance:

*** The number of Gardens, FOUR or more and the number of Rivers, EIGHT or more, utterly  contradict the Hadiths which describe only ONE Garden and only FOUR Rivers in Muhammad's version of Paradise.

Which version of the Quranic 'TRUTH' should the reader believe? ***

67        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

68>        In them will be Fruits and dates and pomegranates:
69        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

70        In them will be fair (companions) good beautiful

71        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

72        Companions [hoorun] restrained (as to their glances) in (goodly) pavilions

73        Then which of the favor of your Lord will ye deny?

74        Whom no man or Jinn before them has touched [yatt-mithahunna]

75        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

76        Reclining on green Cushions and rich Carpets of beauty.

77        Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?

78>        Blessed be the name of thy Lord full of Majesty Bounty and Honor.

*** Without many of the interpretations that are added above, any reader of the Quran, should realise the incredible repetetiveness of the Quranic verses and their total lack of logic and clarity of thought.

They are obsessed with FEAR, HELL, DESTRUCTION & SEX.

There is no SALVATION, SPIRITUALITY, COMPASSION or REDEMPTION***
