1>Whatever is in the heavens and on earth let it declare the Praises and Glory of Allah: for He is the Exalted in Might the Wise.
2>It is He who got out the Unbelievers among the People of the Book from their homes at the first gathering (of the forces). Little did ye think that they would get out: and they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! but the (wrath of) Allah came to them from quarters from which they little expected (it) and cast terror into their hearts so that they destroyed their dwellings by their own hands and the hands of the Believers. Take warning then O ye with eyes (to see)!
*** Almost all the verses and interpretations are repeats of previous and subsequent ones in the Quran.
In each case it must be pointed out that these Suras and verses were 'revealed' and written AFTER the events that they describe and by the victors
- Muhammadan Arabs - without recourse to the victims' version of events.
Both the Quranicversion and its explanations have been corrupted and edited by the followers of Muhammadto justify their acts of treachery and aggression.
As usual, the criminal justifies its heinous acts by impugning upon its victim the exact characteristics that it- the criminal - possesses ***
3>And had it not been that Allah has decreed banishment for them He would certainly have punished them in this world: and in the Hereafter they shall (certainly) have the Punishment of the Fire.
*** Allah had nothing whatsoever to do with the acts of criminality committed in his name by Muhammad and his followers.
They are invoking his name to give legitimacy to their wanton acts.
Even today, Muhammadan Muslim Fundamentalists invoke Allah's name to justify their acts of terrorism, murder, hijacking, kidnapping and slaughter against other 'Muslims' and none Muslims.
Nothing has changed in over 1400 years of 'Islamic' history***
4That is because they resisted Allah and His Apostle: and if anyone resists Allah verily Allah is severe in Punishment.
*** The Jews did not resist Allah, but they most certainly resisted Muhammad.
If Allah is the God of Israel and the Jews had resisted Him, there would have been no monotheistic Jewsleft for Muhammadand his Quran to find roots in***
5Whether ye cut down (o ye Muslims!) the tender palm-trees or ye left them standing on their roots it was by leave of Allah and in order that He might cover with shame the rebellious transgressors.
#5375 The unnecessary cutting down of fruit trees or destruction of crops, or any wanton destruction whatever in war, is forbidden by the law and practice of Islam. But some destruction may be necessary for putting pressure on the enemy, and to that extent it is allowed. But as far as possible, consistently with that objective of military operations, such trees should not be cut down. Both these principles are in accordance with the Divine Will, and were followed by the Muslims in their expedition. 5376 The arrogance of the Banu Nadhir had to be humbled, and their power for mischief destroyed.#
*** First and foremost, these prohibitions are copied from theTorahandHebrew Scriptures.
Deuteronomy 20: "19. When you shall besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, you shall not destroy its trees by forcing an ax against them; for you may eat of them, and you shall not cut them down. For is the tree of the field a man that it should besieged by you? 20. Only the trees which you know are not trees for food, you shall destroy and cut them down; and you shall build siege works against the city that makes war with you, until it is subdued"
Moreover, the Banu Nadirwere not humbled by Godbut were cheated and betrayed byMuhammad and his murderous followers ***
6What Allah has bestowed on His Apostle (and taken away) from them for this ye made no expedition with either cavalry or camelry: but Allah gives power to His apostles over any He pleases: and Allah has power over all things.
7Turnest thou not thy sight towards those who were forbidden secret counsels yet revert to that which they were forbidden (to do)? And they hold secret counsels among themselves for iniquity and hostility and disobedience to the Apostle. And when they come to thee they salute thee not as Allah salutes thee (but in crooked ways): and they say to themselves "Why does not Allah punish us for our words?" Enough for them is Hell: in it will they burn and evil is that destination!
8(Some part is due) to the indigent Muhajirs those who were expelled from their homes and their property while seeking Grace from Allah and (His) Good pleasure and aiding Allah and His Apostle: such are indeed the sincere ones
9But those who before them had homes (in Medina) and had adopted the Faith show their affection to such as came to them for refuge and entertain no desire in their hearts for things given to the (latter) but give them preference over themselves even though poverty was their (own lot). And those saved from the covetousness of their own souls they are the ones that achieve prosperity
10And those who came after them say: "Our Lord! Forgive us and our brethren who came before us into the Faith and leave not in our hearts rancor (or sense of injury) against those who have believed our Lord! Thou art indeed Full of Kindness Most Merciful."
11 Hast thou not observed the Hypocrites say to their misbelieving brethren among the People of the Book? "If ye are expelled We too will go out with you and we will never hearken to anyone in your affair; and if ye are attacked (in fight) we will help you." But Allah is witness that they are indeed liars.
#5386 The Jews of the Banu Nadhir had been assured by the Hypocrites of Madinah of their support to their cause. They had thought that their defection from the Prophet's Cause would so weaken that cause that they would save their friends. But they never intended to undertake any act involving self-sacrifice on their part; if they had helped their Jewish friends, it was not likely that they would have succeeded; and if they had actually gone to the fight; they had neither valour nor fervour to support them, and they would have fled ignominiously before the discipline, earnestness, and Faith of the men of Islam. 5387 For this actually happened. They never stirred a finger for the Jews, and they never intended to do so. And Allah knows all their motives and secrets: cf. xlvii. 26, n. 4850.#
*** Contrary to all claims in the Quran and its interpreters, it was invariably Muhammad and his followers who deceived and turned against the so called Hypocrites and 'Jews'.
The 'Jews' of Arabiain the days ofMuhammad were mostly native Arabs who had converted to the religion of the Jews - and to Christianity- without being coerced and terrorised into them, and who had existed among their brother Arabs for hundreds of years.
They were subsequently wiped off the face of Arabia within 15 years from the rise of Muhammadan Islam.
This can only mean one thing from the logical point of view, that it was the new aggressive, HATEMONGERING and WARMONGERING Muhammadanpolity which destroyed them who had previously had no problem surviving among their brother and sister pagan Arabs ***
12If they are expelled never will they go out with them; and if they are attacked (in fight) they will never help them; and if they do help them they will turn their backs; so they will receive no help.
13Of a truth ye are stronger (than they) because of the terror in their hearts (sent) by Allah. This is because they are men devoid of understanding.
14They will not fight you (even) together except in fortified townships or from behind walls. Strong is their fighting (spirit) amongst themselves: thou wouldst think they were united but their hearts are divided: that is because they are a people devoid of wisdom.
15Like those who lately preceded them they have tasted the evil result of their conduct and (in the Hereafter there is) for them a grievous Penalty
16(Their allies deceived them) like the Evil One when he says to man "Deny Allah"; but when (man) denies Allah (the Evil One) says "I am free of thee: I do fear Allah the Lord of the Worlds!"
17>The end of both will be that they will go into the Fire dwelling therein for ever. Such is the reward of wrong-doers.
18>O ye who believe! Fear Allah and let every soul look to what (provision) he has sent forth for the morrow. Yea fear Allah: for Allah is well-acquainted with (all) that ye do.
19>And be ye not like those who forget Allah; and He made them forget their own souls! such are the rebellious transgressors!
20>Not equal are the Companions of the Fire and the Companions of the Garden: it is the Companions of the Garden that will achieve Felicity.
21Had We sent down this Qur'an on a mountain verily thou would have seen it humble itself and cleave asunder for fear of Allah such are the similitudes which We propound to men that they may reflect.
22>Allah is He than whom there is no other god Who knows (all things) both secret and open; He Most Gracious Most Merciful.
23>Allah is He than whom there is no other god the sovereign the Holy One the Source of Peace (and Perfection). The Guardian of Faith the Preserver of Safety the Exalted in Might the Irresistible the Supreme: Glory to Allah! (high is He) above the partners they attribute to Him.
24>He is Allah the Creator the Evolver the Bestower of Forms (or colors). To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names: Whatever is in the heavens and on earth doth declare His Praises and Glory: and He is the exalted in Might the Wise
